• Pro Plan: Unlocks HD downloads and unlimited gallery storage.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the link provided in your billing email.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the edits you create. By uploading an image, you grant AI Photo Studio a temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service to upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
